Steven comes to Allen Capital with experience in the medical field where he was a Medical Device rep with a global leader in Orthopedics. Most recently, Steven was an advisor at a nationally successful advisory practice where he met with primarily medical providers of all backgrounds.

Steven is a Grand Island native where he grew up most of his life. Steven is a graduate from Grand Island Senior High where he was a 3-sport athlete. During his junior year of high school he picked up pole vaulting where he excelled. In his first year he became the All-Class State Champion. In his senior year he broke the Class-A state record and again, he accomplished another All-Class State Championship. That same year he accepted a track and field scholarship to the University of Nebraska – Lincoln where he pole vaulted and earned a degree in Biomedical Engineering. During his time at the University, he acquired many accolades on and off the field. Steven was a 2-time All-American, 4-time Big Ten Runner-up, and a Big Ten Champion in the pole vault. He was a catalyst to their 3-time Team Big Ten Championship.

Steven just recently got married to his beautiful wife Mikalah in September of 2021. Mikalah graduated in 2021 with her masters in Physician Assistant and works at a local clinic in Lincoln. They currently reside in Lincoln with their puppy Thor who constantly keeps them on their feet. Steven’s passions are his wife, family, and a love for the outdoors/hunting. Steven has an older sister (Courtney) who is graduating medical school in 2022, a younger brother (Kevin) that will be graduating medical school in 2024, and the youngest brother (Carson) will be graduating undergrad in 2024 and is pursuing Law School while playing baseball.
